With its automatic cap feed by ramp and automatic placement, it achieves similar speeds (700 to 1,200 caps per hour) while reducing human intervention. Its 10- or 15-inch color touch screen and capacity to program up to 200 recipes make it particularly well suited to multi-reference production.
- For high speeds of up to 5,000 caps per hour, the EB 6000 multi-format screwdriver stands out with its tangential screwing system with 3 sets of wheels. This technology ensures progressive screwing that protects fragile containers while maintaining a sustained speed.

Compact, they combine filling and capping functions in a single piece of equipment, optimizing space on your production site. These monoblocks are particularly suitable for filling small-capacity bottles (from 5 mL). We can also offer monoblocks for your bottles or cans with a capacity of up to 5 liters. This flexibility allows you to process a wide range of formats with a single piece of equipment, thereby improving your productivity.
Our mini packaging lines, on the other hand, require an operator to place the caps before screwing them on. They can handle larger volumes than our monoblocks, all in the same machine.

We have chosen to work with the manufacturer ALTECH in particular, due to their expertise and high-quality machines. Our machines are suitable for labelling rigid, cylindrical, oval, rectangular, square, or specially shaped containers. We also offer machines for labelling cardboard boxes.
